The free compliance, growth, and attribution audits offered on our website represent preliminary evaluations based on brand details shared by the requestor. We guarantee policy review checks but do not guarantee specific revenue increase or advertising outcomes prior to formal, structured onboarding.
2. Intellectual Property and Creative assets
Unless specified in service agreements, clients maintain full ownership of their active advertising accounts, CRM data, pixel trackers, and customer bases. Creative materials (ad copy hooks, landing page layouts, templates) engineered by Tetmide during active service terms are fully licensed to client brands upon successful compensation clearance.
3. Regulatory Compliance & Disclaimer
Tetmide Marketing acts as an independent performance marketing advisory and growth executor. Our clients remain fully responsible for the compliance, safety, efficacy, and legal registrations of the products they sell. We do not manufacture, package, test, distribute, or make therapeutic or medicinal health-benefit claims regarding client products. All copy is vetted against platform advertising policies (Meta, Google) to ensure safety from restrictions, but final compliance liability remains with the brand operator.
4. Performance Metrics
Attributed ROAS, revenue growth percentages, and CPA reductions displayed on our website represent real historical audits and benchmarks. These metrics are illustrative references of scaling capability. Individual brand scaling is dependent on product fit, budget size, seasonal demands, and market conditions; past performance does not guarantee future client results.
5. Limitation of Liability
Tetmide Marketing is not liable for ad account suspensions, payment processing holds, or merchant account restrictions resulting from brand actions, changes in platform regulations, or pre-existing account vulnerabilities. In no event shall Tetmide be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the implementation of campaign audits.
